How to Make a Complaint

You can make a complaint in person, by telephone, by email, or in writing. You may also complain on behalf of someone else, provided you have their permission to do so.

Investigate the matter fairly and confidentially.
Respond within 20 working days where possible.
Apologise where appropriate.
Use feedback to improve our services.

All complaints are handled confidentially and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and NHS requirements.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact NHS England or the General Pharmaceutical Council.
